Puff Pastry Hand Pies

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    |
    Pepperidge Farms Puff pastry
  • 1
    |
    Egg, slightly beaten
  • 2-4 tbs.
    |
    Milk
  • 6 tbsp.
    |
    Your favorite jam
  • 6 tbsp.
    |
    Chocolate -hazelnut spread, softened

Steps

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

On a lightly floured surface roll out one pastry dough, cut into 6 rectangles.

Spread ½ tablespoon on each square, repeat with Jam.

Moisten edges with milk and fold into a triangle, crimp with fork.

With a sharp knife or fork, put a couple of air vents in the top of pastry. Repeat with other pastry.

Mix egg and 1-2 tablespoons of milk and brush top of puff pastry.

Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 17-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for a minute or two and then drizzle glaze over puff pastry while still warm and Enjoy!
