PLUMBING ORDER SUPPORT
CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM (CST)
After you have made your selections with your salesperson, and have paid deposit
or order in full you, will be assigned a CST (Customer Support Team) member who will contact you regarding the status of your order.
Your CST member is your primary contact for tracking your order, notifying you of lead times and availability of your order, scheduling walk-throughs (If necessary), and arranging drop-ship or Will Call pickup.
In addition, our CST member can also assist with any warranty/service issues.
PLUMBING CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM
DELIVERY, WILL CALL & DROP SHIP
1. After your order is finalized, your CST member will contact you if there is a backorder or special circumstance with your product. All lead times should be provided by your salesperson.
2. For Delivery orders, when your order is complete and at our Will Call, your CST member will contact you to schedule delivery.
3. 2 - 3 business days before delivery, your CST member will contact you to confirm.
4. The evening before delivery, you will receive an automated call from Mountain Land Design with your 2 hour delivery window for the next day.
5. For Will Call pick-up orders, you will receive a call or email when your order is complete and ready for pickup.
6. For Drop-Ship orders, you will receive a notification if something on your order is back-ordered or status has changed. Your salesperson will provide general lead times for drop-ship delivery.
Mountain Land Design has a few delivery options available dependent on the nature of your products. For scheduling, please see the Customer Service section above. Generally, plumbing deliveries are curbside or garage, and are left in original packaging. For special circumstances regarding tubs, we offer the service to unbox and place at installation site. To arrange this service please, talk to your salesperson.

WHAT DO I BRING TO WILL CALL?
- Your Drivers License or state issued ID
- Your sales order number - a six digit number located in the top right corner of your invoice
- Items must be paid in full at the time of pickup. You may pay your balance at Will Call, we accept credit and debit cards only. If you'd like to pay with cash or check, you may pay in person at one of our showrooms.
