When activated, the electronic child lockout feature disables all electronic control buttons to prevent children from accidentally turning on the oven.
Displays and counts down the required preheat time after you set the temperature and press Start. An audible signal tells you when the oven is heated and ready to cook so foods don't go in too early.

The Sabbath Mode allows tones, lights and error messages to be over-ridden. The oven will not automatically shut off after 12 hours and a set temperature can be maintained for extended periods of time. Only the 'start' and '0-9' key pads will operate.

The better way to broil. Set your own broiling temperature, between 170F(degree) F. and 500(degree) F. in five-degree increments. High heat perfect for grilling meats or low heat for delicate cooking such as browning meringues.
